Helpful staff, beautiful, a nice size rooms with a balcony. Excellent and stunning location of the hotel with public parking.

The hotel was in the very central setting right next to the church of blue domes. Moreover, it was near to the one available outlet and Cuenca's old town and shops, markets & beautiful parks. Really enjoyed my a nice size room with nice views as well as a balcony. Had original decoration.

I didn't find elevator, so was a little disappointed.

This is surely the best boutique hotel, really kind staff, wonderful rooms. There is a lot of great food for breakfast. It is in marvellous and good location to Calderon Park, set just next door to the venue. A restaurant is about 400 feet from here. Thank you for a such great stay.

Great hotel located in a safe area just next door to the main square, restaurants and attractions, airport and Terrestre Terminal bus station, and shops, markets & beautiful parks. The rooms with a balcony and nice views, for instance. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous location, just a pleasant stroll away from a large cathedral. Really great stay, as always.

Absolutely perfect location right in the middle of downtown yet very quiet. Also - adjacent to the old quarter, and the airport and Terrestre Terminal bus station. A nice size and well-kept units with a balcony and excellent staff. Variety of food for breakfast including breads and eggs.

Because of a problem with the a double room I was upgraded and had well-kept and large room with a balcony. The stuff where wonderfully friendly and accommodating, ready to any request...

also, location was unbeatable, at a medium distance from a cathedral church. the room of place was a nice size with a balcony. its decoration was original.

Boutique hotel in a secure area very close to restaurants and site and stops at the airport and the old quarter of Cuenca. Beautiful and amazingly comfortable room with very good shower and a nice bathroom, as example. Marvellous location to a culture museum. Great experience there.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was absolutely charming and great, had magnificent location in the Historical District. All the staff were helpful, attentive. The stay was fairly nice.

Had a great Thanksgiving weekend stay, with two complementary facts that went beyond our expectations, key location near the central square, and a safe feel in the area. The rooms were clean, with comfortable bedding, and a large flat-screen television. We found staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. plenty of great local restaurants and attractions were within walking distance, making it easy to get around without any trouble.

One downside is that there is no elevator/lift in the building, which could be a problem for some people or those carrying heavy luggage. if you’re a light sleeper, the street noise along with early morning noise could be an issue, so bring along some earplugs if necessary.

For us, it was ideal.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the charming old town. It was easy to walk everywhere and explore the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great view of the area. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The delicious breakfast was a great start to the day and there were useful leisure facilities available for guests to enjoy.

The absence of an elevator meant it was a bit of a struggle to get to our room, especially after a long day of exploring.
